Funny thing is that Umby very nearly didn't make it into the original webcomic project at all, the artist I partnered with was die-hard against having a goblin character at that time because she couldn't picture how it might work. I had to sketch out a couple ideas of my own to show to her in order to get her to make an attempt at designing him. At that point, it was like someone who hates cats suddenly becoming a cat's favorite person and making a full turnaround. Umby became both one of her favorite characters in the story and a favorite to draw.
Speaking of the comic, though, that last question depends heavily on whether or not my partner and I are able to pick up the webcomic again. I can say that Zinnia will most likely join them, but I can't say whether or not they'll acquire an airship of their own just yet.

I enjoyed the fight between Caleb and the fat uglybeing hobgobbie. I especially enjoyed the end of the combat when the hob realized he was dead.
